Client receives an email confirmation of their comments too.
1) confidence that submission process worked 2) provides them with a record of their requested changes

I cast my vote for this change! Or even something as simple as a confirmation screen after they post their comments would be great! Right now, they aren't even sure if they went through. Please do something to remedy this!! Thanks!

Totally agree - clients have just asked what they had asked to be done on a specific layout so this would really, really help. Also echo with Manuel that 75% of the time we get comments and email from clients saying did we receive comments okay so would save that level of duplication.

An email confirmation for clients would be great. About half of my clients send me an email saying that they just submitted comments, or ask if I received their comments. It seems that they don't know exactly what happens when they click on the submit comments button.
The same can be said for the approve button. There is another entry in the forum that addresses that. An approve confirmation page would be great too.
